Trinity Church is a Victorian era parish church.
The church organ is over 100 years old. There is also a link with the development of the Wurlitzer Organ. It is an early prototype of separation of organ and keyboard that Wurlitzer later bought over the rights of from the manufacturer. Our cantilever wooden roof beam supports are a unique architectural feature in Scotland - for which we are an ‘A’ Listed building.
We invite you to explore our open building, where you can learn about our rich history and discover the vibrant community activities we offer.
The Church ‘Sanctuary’ and halls will be open for the public to see inside. We will have a small display of laminated A4 pages showing some church history. Some members will be present to welcome visitors and answer any questions.
Our monthly ‘Lite Bites’ free snack lunch will be ongoing 12.00 p.m. until 1.00 p.m. in our large hall and visitors are welcome and invited. On the menu is Cup-a-soup, sandwiches, sausage rolls, biscuits, tea and coffee (while stocks last)
