Paisley - The Russell Institute, Invest in Renfrewshire
Renfrewshire
Following a £5 million restoration project, this iconic building reopened its doors in May 2017. It now functions as an employability hub, featuring staff from the Invest in Renfrewshire Employability Team and Skills Development Scotland.
This transformation exemplifies how we can leverage existing assets to revitalize our town centres and support local communities.
During Doors Open Days, visitors will have the opportunity to take guided tours of the building, exploring areas that are not typically open to the public.
Tours will start every 15 to 20 minutes from opening and will cover all three floors of the building.
Our knowledgeable guides will share insights about the building's previous uses and will be available to answer any questions. Accessible lift access is available throughout the building.
