Paisley- Paisley Thread Mill Museum, Abbey Mill Business Centre

The Museum is housed in a late 19th-century Mile End Mill, the last working mill building in Paisley. Now part of the Abbey Mill Business Centre, the museum is situated on the mezzanine level of the first floor. Our display cabinets feature a variety of artifacts related to the thread industry in the area.
During Doors Open Days, visitors are invited to explore the museum and view exhibits showcasing information, materials, and equipment relevant to the mills. Guided tours of the exhibits will be available upon request.
