There has been a Guide centre on this site for decades. Our newest Centre is home to a thriving number of Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Ranger and Trefoil units. Welcoming other community group such as art and dance groups. The hall has welcomed many youngsters on sleepovers and fun events. Not only integral to village life but also within the life of Girlguiding Renfrewshire along with Kilmacolm Guide Hall and South Newton Training Centre & Campsite.
We will have an activity corner where you can try out Guide challenges like pioneering, codebreaking etc. A craft corner, for any age. We will also tell the story of 'Thinking Day 100yrs' and Queens Guide 80yrs, we invite visitors to sign our Queens Guide book with information about their own Queens Guide or a family member. There will be information about South Newton and how to become a member of Girlguiding. With a cosy tea room for the adults.

There is on street parking and a car park across from Centre. There is an incline leading from main road to centre by pavement and road.
