In Person

Our church, believed to be the third structure on this site, with earlier buildings dating back to the 8th and 18th centuries, was completed in 1875, so next year we celebrate our 150th anniversary. The building is designated a Grade B Listed Building by Scottish Heritage and is home to Grade A Listed effigies of Sir Patrick Houstoun and Lady Agnes Campbell, dating from the 15th century.

Our church will be open to the public to walk around and enjoy. There will be information boards around the building, highlighting particular areas of interest and their history (in particular, our stained glass windows) as well as a short film about the history of the church, told through its Ministers, through the ages.

Guided tours will be available around the church, featuring a detailed description of the stained glass windows, a computer-generated historical record, and displays of church artifacts.

We will be providing a children's packs to allow them to learn about the building in a fun way.

you will learn about our previous churches on the site and get to see the Grade A Listed effigies of Sir Patrick Houstoun and Lady Agnes Campbell, dating from the 15th century.
