The newly refurbished Strathnaver Museum is a community run local history museum exploring the story of north west Sutherland in the context of the Highland Clearances. The collection is housed in a regionally important B listed former church and in a newly built annex building.

Explore our renovated site and new annex building. Find out more about what was uncovered during the refurbishment work including exciting archaeological finds uncovered on the annex site.

Guided tours will be offered at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm from Strathnaver Museum reception.
