Royal Edinburgh Hospital Community Gardens
Edinburgh
Situated in the grounds of the Royal Edinburgh Hospital and managed by Cyrenians the Community Garden, Woodland and Orchard supports the recovery of hospital patients and green prescribing participants with therapeutic nature-based activities alongside NHS staff and local community wellbeing. Volunteers and buddies give their time to fulfil the gardens aims and objectives as we grow together.
For Doors Open Days there will be a garden tour at 12 noon, craft activities including hand-made willow decorations, stalls selling plants, cakes and books, and you can enjoy some freshly baked scones from the cob oven.
