Kinneil House - Historic Environment Scotland

A 16th century house associated with the Hamiltons, James Watt and John Roebuck. Built near the end of the Antonine Wall in Bo'ness.

For Doors Open Days explore Kinneil House and meet the Roman Antonine Guard, with medieval reenactment group Britannia XIV demonstrating crafts and skills of the time!

Try your hand at flint knapping and sample Roman baking.

The building itself is not wheelchair accessible but most of the event takes place on the lawn in front of the house, therefore the majority of the event is wheelchair accessible.
