Craigsbank Parish Church

Edinburgh

In Person

Our sanctuary is uplifting, striking and a place of peace representing the innovative design of the 1960s. It is 'a hidden gem' with the square plan, curved walls enclosing the entrances and the unique sunken nave inspired by the conventicle church giving an uplifting and simultaneously peaceful building with daylight around the 'floating ceiling' from clerestory perimeter windows. Influenced by Le Corbusiers Chapel at Ronchamp

Activity

A range of arts and music events in the sanctuary and halls, along with architectural and historical displays.

Regular tours throughout the day starting at the Sanctuary - no booking required.
