Silverburn Park & Flax Mill

Get a sneak peek inside Silverburn Flax Mill as it prepares to open its doors fully!
Built in the 1850’s, the B Listed former flax mill has been carefully restored by Fife Employment Access Trust and will soon be opening to the public. Enjoy a guided tour of the mill to learn about the history of the building and its future plans. The building is a working site and hard hats, high visibility vests and safety boots (all provided) must be worn.
Please note the site is not fully accessible yet and unsuitable for wheelchairs. Tours are age 16+ and must be booked prior to the event.
Enjoy the Park once the estate of the Russell family, and boasting stunning trees from across the world, but now a public space and can be enjoyed any time of the day. There are benches and quiet spaces around the Walled Garden. Enjoy a hot drink and cake from the Cottage Window Café between 10am and 4pm

Tours start outside the Cottage Window Café and last approximately 1 hour
