Whitewin House was built for Baronet Henry Tate of Tate and Lyle and stands within one acre of formal Victorian Garden in a spectacular location overlooking the Firth of Clyde. The rockeries, beautiful scalloped lawns and the plethora of statuary all complement the authentic use of Victorian plants, trees and shrubs.
