Jean’s Bothy is a mental health and wellbeing hub open to members aged over 16, living in Helensburgh and Lomond. A monthly programme of activities and groups is offered, using a peer support and member led model, which allows the local communities to explore ways in which to manage their mental health and improve their overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive way.
Doors will be open to the public to view members' photographs, paintings and handmade products.
There will be a photography workshop on Saturday 19th September at 1pm, and a writing and journaling workshop on Sunday 20th September at 1pm.
The garden space will also be open for guests to spend time in throughout the weekend.
Refreshments will be on offer.
