Arbroath Lifeboat Station

Arbroath’s RNLI Lifeboat Station houses 1 D Class RIB Lifeboat and 1 B Class (Atlantic 85) RIB Lifeboat with changing facilities for the Crew and the Station Office upstairs. The RNLI Shop is also housed within the Station building.
Throughout Doors Open Days, a member of the Arbroath Crew will be available to take tours round the Station, introducing the visitor to each Class of Lifeboat and giving a brief description of the life of an RNLI volunteer.
The RNLI Shop will be open daily for the visitor to purchase a souvenir to remind them of their visit to the Arbroath Lifeboat Station.
Please note: The tour may have to be terminated if the Arbroath Lifeboat Station gets a "shout" and has to launch the lifeboats (if there is an emergency) to save lives at sea.
