For Doors Open Days there will be a special talk by Dr Chris Croly: Aberdeen and Piracy, a fascinating exploration of Aberdeen's connections to piracy. The talk will draw on archival research and maritime history to reveal stories of privateering, sumuggling and naval conflict.
This talk takes place in the Craig Suite of the Sir Duncan Rice Library.
