Aberdeen City
The Compass Project is a ground-breaking initiative by local charity Camphill Wellbeing Trust, which aims to sustainably transform a former school campus on the edge of Aberdeen City into a centre providing practical solutions for healthy, sustainable lifestyles. Join them for the official public opening of the North Point building, following an extensive, sustainable retrofit.
For Doors Open Days enjoy taster sessions of some of the activities available within the multi-use facility, including racket sports, soft play etc. There will also be regular tours of the sustainable growing areas at the site (including the organic garden and orchard) with demonstration stations showcasing no-dig organic gardening, composting/wormery, rainwater harvesting, solar power generation, beekeeping, and dry-stone walling.
