This is the rarely opened store for the town's Falconer Museum. In an old building at the car park at the end of Leys Road. Although the outside of the building is unremarkable, inside is where much of the good work to collect, conserve, record and display our local history and heritage is undertaken by a small professional team supported by volunteers.
Guided tours, at 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 14.00 and 15.00. Booking recommended at firstname.lastname@example.org. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore some of the collection not normally on view, including items associated with Hugh Falconer himself; and to meet and observe demonstrations by Friends, including the Moray quern recording project.
