Find a building

Doors Open Days in Perth and Kinross will take place on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September and will incorporate more digital access than ever before as venues not only open physically but virtually with online tours, talks, tales and more.

To mark the 2020 Scottish theme year of 'Coasts and Waters' and the European Heritage Days theme of 'Education', the Perth and Kinross programme is featuring venues with waterpower and places of learning.

In Perth and Kinross, Doors Open Days is co-ordinated by Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust and funded by The Gannochy Trust and Perth and Kinross Council. The Trust has been organising the regional festival since 1996 and we estimate that our programmes have allowed over 90,000 people the opportunity to visit historic and civic gems across the region. The festival wouldn’t be possible without the enthusiastic and dedicated support of thousands of building owners, custodians, volunteers and staff who contribute their time and energy to opening venues to the public each year.
