WHO COORDINATES DOORS OPEN DAYS IN EDINBURGH?

In October 2018 I joined the Cockburn Association as a Doors Open Days intern whilst completing the final year of my degree at the University of Edinburgh. In May 2019, I took over as Doors Open Days Coordinator and Administrative Officer and have loved working for The Cockburn Association full time.
It's such a treat to get to read about interesting buildings and to work towards encouraging people to visit them!
This year, I'm particularly excited for Keep Scotland Beautiful’s 2-hour guided walk exploring the social and industrial history of Edinburgh’s Union Canal, and to visit Astley Ainslie Hospital, which is participating in Doors Open Days for the first time.
