Gowan Hill: Stirling's Forgotten Jewel

Join Dr Murray Cook, Stirling Council's Archaeologist in a tour of the hill: from prehistoric War Crimes to Executions and Jacobites to the Home Guard.

The same day we are also doing a litter pick up round the hill and Prices Street, Darnley Park.

10 am - 12 pm: Meet at grass by Ballangeich cemetery for a litter pick up of Gowanhill, Prices Street steps, Woods at Darnley Park, Ballangeich Road and adjoining areas of back walk. 

1 - 3 pm:  Meet at grass by Ballangeich cemetery for continued litter pick of areas above.
