The Flagship library for Perth & Kinross, the AK Bell Library, opened in 1994, but parts of the building are much older. Join staff for Behind the Scenes and Treasures tours offering the opportunity to visit some areas not normally open to the public and see some of the special collections not kept on the open shelve, including a rare chance to see behind the scenes in the Council Archive.
