The MRC Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine at the University of Edinburgh (IGMM) brings together over 600 scientists, including 200 students, in a single, scientific endeavour. The IGMM building was designed to physically and intellectually link the three constituent research centres of the Institute, encouraging exciting multi-disciplinary collaborations in medical research.

Year of Young People: This event provides us with a golden opportunity to celebrate how our students contribute to the development and evolution of our institute and whose research accelerates our research discoveries and applications across a spectrum of pressing health research challenges

Activities: Guided tours, lectures/talks, information leaflets/notes, visual displays, video/audio presentations, refreshments (can be purchased in the Institute’s Nucleus café)
