Opened in 2012, designed by Simpson and Brown, this contemporary Chapel is to be found in the garden of one of Edinburgh’s first Georgian town houses. On weekdays the chapel offers staff and students a prayerful and contemplative retreat whilst on Sundays it is a busy gathering place for the university’s Catholic community. The chapel was built by the Dominican Friars to serve the spiritual needs of the University staff and students and their wider community.
