Take a guided tour around the allotments! Our aim is to promote the growing of fruit and vegetables and to promote a community spirit amongst members. Refreshments provided and an opportunity to purchase produce at the end of the tour. Our allotment site has been in existence since the 1940's when the need arose to grow your own for the war effort. Originally farmland, the allotments have evolved over the years to the present day where we now have 71 plots of assorted size in use. The Association manages the site and it is leased from Dundee City Council; our purpose is to promote the growing of fruit and vegetables, to manage the site to promote a community spirit amongst members and to protect and enhance the environment.
